First 100% home grown mix salad 
spinach, watercress
Radish, coriander, chrysanthemum lettuce 茼蒿, spinach,
watercress, sown in early March in the green house, and just big enough to
harvest a small portion for mix salad. All have a flavor and texture of their
own, so fresh, bursting with flavor, satisfying.
