Curry beetroot
Harvesting beetroots from the green house, nice red and very sweet, thought of seasoning them with curry powder, which normally goes well with some sweetness. Indeed a good combination, the curry flavor gives a bit of a kick to otherwise plain sweet beetroot.
Cut beetroot into 2mm slices, season with some salt, curry powder and olive oil, shake to mix well, bake at 180˚C until soften, around 30 minutes.
