Weather is cooler with less hot sunshine, safe to order seafood on line to be delivered to home. Autumn is when live shrimp is in season, and good to eat oyster that have finished spawning. Razor clam is not in regular supply, but when available always very alive, meaty and tasty.

Most of the time I like to eat the natural taste of shellfish, so raw oyster, quick blanched shrimp and bbq grilled razor clam.
