Daikon soup


 

In summer, when there were a lot to harvest in the garden, excess Daikons are sliced thin and dried, stored in the freezer.

Now is the time for it to come out and be served when there is few to harvest at the moment.

Easily use in a soup or in stew, it stays a bit firm after long boiling.
