Savoy cabbage Drumhead pointy head cabbage Spring
So happy that Savoy cabbage and Spring
cabbage enjoy cool Irish weather, planted out as seedlings in August, are
forming good heads now. They are slow growing but very sweet, and a good way to
have leaf vegetable in winter.
Brussel Sprouts planted out in April, started harvesting in October, still have some left for another few meals.
