Baked smoke eel on glutinous rice


 

As good a result as on normal white rice, with a different texture, just need to note glutinous rice need less water and less time to cook, as the grain is much thinner. Around 1 part of glutinous rice (in volume) to 1 part of boiling water, instead of 1.5 parts for normal rice, and bake at 180˚C for 30 minutes.
